Cement based Grouts and Repair Mortars

Cement based products for a variety of concrete repair situations such as correcting levels and grades, filling holes in floors, walls and ceilings. Also repairs to driveways, footpaths, kerbs and gutters

Cementitious repair products provide an economical and reliable method of repairing and protecting concrete. Toppings from 5 to 70mm can be laid to recover both horizontal and vertical surfaces.

Cementitious Grouts

Construction Grout - Just add water and mix.

Low cost general purpose class A grout, suitable for static work, columns, underpinning etc.

Precision Grout - Class C

Ideal for grouting machinery, pump bases etc

MP Rapid Set 60 - Class Z

Non shrink grout and repair mortar. Provides for rapid repairs to all level concrete surfaces. It will set in approximately 10 - 15 minutes. You can walk on it in 30 minutes and drive a truck over it in 1 hour.

Just add water and place it. Bonds to most materials, needs no priming or curing. Suitable for use when temperatures of 100 degrees C plus are encountered, or high thermal changes occur

Cementitious Repair Products

Cementitious repair products provide an economical and reliable method of repairing and protecting concrete. Toppings from 1 to 50mm can be laid to recover damaged surfaces both horizontal and vertical.

Fairing Coat Mortar is used where a thin topping is required on vertical or horizontal surfaces to repair surface defects of damaged concrete.

Often used for refacing concrete panels and aesthetic structures.

XL Level Pro is a cement based, self levelling underlay for concrete floors before the placing of tiles, vinyl, etc. It is also useful for concrete floor patch repairs where foot traffic is light. Thicknesses of up to 50 mm can be placed and feather edging can be achieved. Prime with RendergripA primer

Fastset C is an acrylic modified mortar for repairs to horizontal concrete surfaces and floor toppings requiring renovation with a high strength and abrasion resistant mortar.
