Unobond is a structural grade polyurethane adhesive that reacts with humidity to cure. Fully cured Unobond has a strong structural Highly Water Resistant bond. Available in 300ml cartridge.

Megaprene Hot Melt
A single part, high extension type pourable sealant for horizontal joints in asphaltic and
cement concrete, ceramic tiled surfaces and timber decks. It is supplied in a 15kg. block
and heated to 175 degrees C to acquire a molten state. It is then poured into the joint.
A primer must be used.

Emfimastic 25 is a single component moisture curing polyurethane construction sealant.  Emfimastic 25 is tough durable and has good chemical resistance. Great for perimeter sealing of windows, Curtain Walls,   Masonry Joints, Expansion joints in precast / tilt up panels. Tile joints in walls & floors. Metal cladding, Pavement Joints,  Carparks, Driveways.    General  Construction sealant. Adhesive for light weight components. Also available in a pourable version.

Bostik Seal N Flex 1 is a 25 A Shore single component, Class A polyurethane sealant. When cured it will form a tough, flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 50%(+/- 25%) of the original joint width.

Bostik Seal N Flex FC is a 40 A Shore single component fast cure high performance polyurethane elastomeric joint sealant. When cured it will form a tough, flexible seal capable of cyclic expansion and compression movement of 25% of the original joint width.

Bostik Fireban One
One part fire rated polyurethane gun grade sealant for joints and penetrations in concrete
and masonry. Can be used with fire rated backer rod, fire collars and fire pillows where
large apertures have to be sealed.
